PurpleBug Led DTI's 2011 SME Negosyo Caravan at Surigao del Norte

Makati City, Philippines – PurpleBug®, Inc visited Surigao del Norte for the digital marketing training included in the 2011 SME Negosyo Caravan under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) last May 30-31.

The caravan was launched on April 2011 and had visited three provinces (Bukidnon, Oriental Mindoro, and Antique) before Surigao. This annual program led by DTI and its training arm, the Philippine Trade Training Center (PTTC) aims to bring the available business development services closer to the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) especially in rural areas. Through the nationwide tour, DTI gives Filipino entrepreneurs access to free business training and counseling sessions.
